Okay so the seller is firm on the price.... For that money brakes should be done before selling it. It looks like a very nice restoration. GLWTS

Sharp car. I bet there's a buyer for it in the low 20's.

Not sure the upholstery is actually 47K miles and 82 years old, but it looks good.

Walnut Creek is a bit fancier than, say, Concord, but just about anywhere in the Bay Area is $1M fixer-upper land.
