Walnut Creek is the high rent district, I believe.  Lots of folks with more money than they know what to do with.

Sharp car. I bet there's a buyer for it in the low 20's.

Not sure the upholstery is actually 47K miles and 82 years old, but it looks good.

Walnut Creek is a bit fancier than, say, Concord, but just about anywhere in the Bay Area is $1M fixer-upper land.

Nice looking car and the color is different (I like it) The seller reflects a lot of pride in this car with the ask. I think someone may make an offer, but I would doubt if that is full price.
