Walt G Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 Yes it is a series 12 B, the series 12 was the 1928 cars for Franklin and there were a series 12 a and 12b - early and late in the year. 1928 was when there were both wood and steel chassis, the longer wheelbase cars had a steel chassis.
