Jolly_John
A nice color for this body style of RIV. But, four owners in 3,600 miles. I'm sure the total mileage in legit, but no one seems to have owned this nifty RIV long enough to enjoy it. I.E. taking it down the road touring a bit. B Jake Moran
T bird man dropped $31,000 on it. Insane. Didn’t Rivieras have rear disc brakes, not drum as reported?

I believe rear brake drums were standard, and rear discs were an option on the '85 Riv.
B Jake Moran
Thanks Dave. I always thought the 1979-1985 Eldorado-Toronado-Rivieras had all disc to go along with their 4 wheel independent suspension.
John2012
Having owned four of them, mine were always drums in the rear. The body fillers on this one were nicer than the $38,000 Riv which had that "extra seam" in the rear and front.
