Off Topic but, since there are some European responses on this post, I see some Rivieras for sale across the pond from Turtle Island.

Interesting to benchmark pricing from the few I've seen at Barrett-Jackson 2 weeks ago.

RD Classics is way to expensive IMHO.

but they offer lots of nice US Classics.

they do not provide any information, where the cars were restored. I believe in eastern Europe.

i will test the engine start by pressing the brake pedal

and I will see if the pedal goes down...

I think it is a good idea.  Also, take the vacuum source out the equation(plug it) and see if the pedal feels harder than with the vacuum source connected.
