Trying to identify the year of the car

This is my dad and his car, he passed years ago and a family member came across the title in the 2nd photo.  I am trying to see if it is the title to the car he is sitting on.  To me the car looks to be a 1950 Buick just wound wrong if it could have been titled as a 49.

'55s didn't have rocker moldings. I vote for '53.

I'm thinking it's a 1953 Buick with 1956 Dodge hubcaps.

The number 52474505 is a 1949 engine number.

Do you think it’s a roadmaster because the port holes are so far front on the fender?

Just checking out pictures of 1953 Buicks I'd guess the car in the picture is a Buick Super. For identification purposes I was looking more at the design of the fender & rocker mouldings and general shape of the portholes rather than their actual location on the fender.
