Today's Car Show in the Mountains of North Carolina.  Highlands NC inn the Great Smoky Mountains.

Not your typical show cars!

 Porsche was the Headliner thus year.  This is a 4-day event with Road Tours on Thursday and Friday. Saturday is Invitational.   Miles Collier was the Keynote Speaker.  The show feels like a mini-Amelia.

Always an interesting show with driving tours in the mountains.   I skipped it this year in favor of a 110 car show 16 miles down the road in Franklin NC.

Porsche was the feature marque this year in Highlands.   The hills are alive with the sound of Porsches,

Beautiful area Highlands, NC! I spent a few weeks there not long after graduating high school when I was working for a Cable TV company. The crew I was part of mapped the area for cable layout/routing. That was 1982. Sheesh..........40 years ago!

or maybe a timing "Von Trapp"?
