classiclines
I don't see it on Eugene Craigslist... Did you find it on another site, or is it an old post?
jimkf
Here's the listing - it's in California. If the photos are of the same car, the pictured wire caps are very rare and worth some $$. https://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/cto/d/eugene-1954-kaiser-darrin-supercharged/7426294428.html The red paint hue seems a bit off but it could be the lighting. Only one or two Darrins were equipped with superchargers, and that was done as a test by the factory's engineers. So, if this is one of the cars, make sure all of the parts are present. The mount bracket itself is unobtainium otherwise. I think the car is priced about right, even if it does need assembled.
alsancle
If you were able to prove this was one of the original blower cars I think that would be a very big deal. I always thought it was a shame that Kaiser didn’t at least superficially add some performance parts, at least the Corvette had the triple carbs. nick8086
The same car. https://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/cto/d/eugene-1954-kaiser-darrin-supercharged/7426289982.html I did not sell him any car part because I asked for pictures of the car and he sent me other picture of car that just sold.. This was about 3 years ago.. Edited January 5, 2022 by nick8086 (see edit history)

alsancle
Nick, are those yours or is someone else hording all the Darrins? Always liked the styling, really liked the interior and just wish Kaiser had made it more of sports car instead making it look like one.
nick8086
The barn full of Darrin are not mine. AACA guy listed them for sale in Hemmings Motor News. He just sold me a few parts. I think they are all sold..
