I can't ID it but here are some distinctive features that may help someone: - full round rear fenders - half height front doors (could be aftermarket), similar to Oldsmobile - very nice looking sheet metal between the running board and the body, covering the frame, with the shift gate above it - crank stands up in the 12:00 position - control rods run up along the steering column rather than inside it - no name badge on the brass rad, but script on the front. I added a closeup here. - a very straight, stubby radiator filler neck/cap
Bill Wharton
Thanks so much for the people who have helped in the hunt. I have been poking around the internet and was wondering if it could be a Knox roadster?
Gunsmoke
This 1910 Oakland shares many details with OP, touring cars of this era looked so much alike the clues are in the fine details, like 12 spoke wheels, bolt pattern of wheels, curve of fenders, the unique rear door shape/profile, door handles etc. The OP script seems about 7 or 8 letters, ending in a high letter like l, d, or t.
