supercub
I just saw this on craigslist, wondering if it was an actual police car or staged as one. The rear window crank is missing which tells me maybe, but the back seat isn't worn out as it would be, or maybe the police are lenient on VT?
Brooklyn Beer
I wonder if this is a Over Drive car. Knob to the left of the steering wheel.

SpeedyBlackC4
The police logo is that of the fictitious law enforcement agency in the comedy movie “Supertroopers.”
supercub
Thsts a good close-up of the sticker. The body is real wavy. There is a big hole in the right front rocker. The big rubber looking thing on the fender, is that a patch?
The 55er
That's a rubber stone guard on the front of the rear fender. 41 Chryslers had very large ones. It's missing a moulding on the rear bottom of the left front fender. It doesn't say in the ad if the car runs or not, I'm thinking not because the accelerator pedal is laying on the front floor. If this was a real running driving ex-highway patrol car they would be asking a lot more than 6K for it.
TerryB
I remember a neighbor of mine had a 53 Chevy with the rubber stone guard on the rear fender, just like the one on this car. I think the lowest optioned cars had rubber instead of stainless.
