John_S_in_Penna
Amazingly, I think I saw this around my hometown in Pennsylvania many years ago. It was an antique car for sale when I was just beginning in the hobby. There surely can't be many excellent all-original, low-mileage Chrysler sedans of this 1953-54 style in the same color. And its current location in Buffalo isn't all that far from Penna. It almost certainly has to be the same car from years ago! And glad to see someone kept it nice.
58L-Y8
I recall seeing this '53 New Yorker at various shows, its as wonderfully preserved and original as one is likely to find.
TerryB
Price seems good too. That green must have been popular in the day, I recall seeming several in that color when I was a kid. The other popular color was that light blue similar to robin’s egg blue. My uncle had one in that color.
John_S_in_Penna
I called the owner to see whether he knew of the link to Pennsylvania. He says it's always been around Buffalo, because he has a lot of original documentation. Boy, it looks JUST like an example I saw years ago!
Hudsy Wudsy
I'm afraid that the right rear door looks like it's been changed or, at least repainted.
