Car themed mail boxes

A post by Terry Bond got me thinking.  I wonder who has antique automobile themed mail boxes. My humble creation is a nod to my '29 Franklin sedan.

NIce!  Here's the one I posted on another thread.  I was looking for something that was sorta Model T related and just couldn't find anything I liked, so with plenty of time available right now, I painted my own.

When we built our house a few years ago I was going to mount the mailbox on some car rims welded edge to edge, maybe 3 if I set it at an angle. Was going to switch out hubcaps/wheel covers every once in awhile as a change of scenery.

 

For some reason my wife put a kibosh on that.

A friend built something like that a few years ago. He was tired of the snow plow knocking off his cedar post. After the snow plow hit his creation and spun 90 degrees in the road, the municipality made him remove it !
