'32 Imperial

Recommended Posts

I'm no expert,  but the 32 Imperial had two models with different wheelbases,  the long wheelbase CL and the shorter CH.   Both got the big 385 engine.     I think the Cl had the vent doors and the CH had louvers.    It is easy to distinguish the CL from other models as it is really big and fancy.   I think the CH might blend in more.

I'm looking forward to somebody that knows more to chime in.

Have a look at classiccardatabase.com.

The CL is said there to be 135" wheelbase and varied between $1925 and $2195 each, over just 3 models. The CH has the same engine as stated above and varied in price from $2895 to $3595 over six models. The wheelbase is said there to be 146". The only style the two models had in common was the convertible sedan.

They have their numbers backwards.  The CL has the long wheelbase.
