m-mman
Nice car, but I wondered about the interior. It is not fabric. (Leather? Vinyl?) Did Plymouth have a non-fabric interior option?
Taylormade
Leather interior was an option according to the original salesman’s book I have. Not sure if you could order a specific color leather, I always assumed it was black.
mike6024
"Antique" vehicles tend to do poorly on BAT. But this one also has a reserve, so it's likely to end with a "reserve not met." CURRENT BID: $5,200 ENDS IN: 14:15:21

Brooklyn Beer
If the pictures do justice it looks like a very clean and detailed car. I would say a deal. Hopefully an individual was able to grab it and not a dealer.
Jeff Perkins / Mn
BAT turned out to be a great place to sell my ‘48 Packard Station Sedan. They were excellent to work with. It’s a pattern with old cars sold on that site that the most meaningful bidding action happens on the last day and often in the last 1/2 hour. I recommend them heartily. I will try to find it, but I’m not making any promises. I went through the options when I was restoring the car and remember you could have the stock black fenders painted body color for, I believe, five bucks. I think they also had an option to have the frame and undercarriage painted body color. I do remember being amazed at the number of options offered by the factory for a low priced car.. thehandleman
That would be great! if you did find it and we could get a copy of it for our own cars, being Plymouth was at the bottom, Walter was maybe trying to enhance sales. Thanks for looking
