Chriskaiserdarrin
Looks like a high pressure flex line for a fuel pump. Most aftermarket sources use braided stainless steel Teflon line. All the pieces are there from the looks of it.
cahartley
You'll think of something.........that won't embarrass him. Sometimes it's hard for us with a mechanical aptitude to understand how others just don't "get it".......
Ben Bruce aka First Born
Not sure why , or what, you are asking. What is the "kid's" age? Ben
TerryB
I think he is about 18 based on other posts. Learning some mechanical things is not as straightforward as it may seem. I learned a lot about that as a BSA leader. You had to help the thought process along in young people who are just beginning to develop the logic involved in problem solving. Once you showed them, or better, assisted them with gaining knowledge of how to do things it started to become more ingrained and “logical” to them. When the older boys taught the younger boys the processes, you got to see how these skills blossomed.
Frantz
Its sorta like showing old folks how to use facebook... or opening a hood on one of the new cars I sell. Most things are simple if you already know how they work.
