JV Puleo
A friend of mine emailed me these photos today asking if I knew what they were. I don't... but I am guessing they may be MG. I say that because they are in the garage attached to a house that belonged to one of my oldest friends. The house is now a museum but after my friend died and his widow moved to their other home, quite a few things were left behind. My friend had RRs, mostly Ghosts and Phantom Is but in the last ten years before he died he had a number of MGs, one of which was a red TD. The people managing the museum don't know anything about cars but don't want to chuck them if they might be of use to someone.

keiser31
The fenders are for an MGTC not MGTD. Here is a 1948....
JV Puleo
That makes sense. He had several TCs as well as the TD, a TF and a PA. I picked the first TC up in Port Elizabeth and drove it back to Rhode Island - with a completely dead battery. When I stopped halfway back for a coffee break I had to push the car to get it going again.
