55 century squeaks

Was the squeak there before you changed the coils?

If it wasn't then that makes me think it's the coils or shocks.

Perhaps start a process of elimination by spraying parts of the coils / shocks with silicone spray. If you spray a particular part and then the squeak stops then you have your culprit. Then you just got to figure out why it's squeaking ...

IF the squeak is a "rubber squeak", then the affected rubber bushings can be dry and need some rubber lube on them.  Might be the body mounts, too, as mentioned.

For rubber-based squeaks, the best thing I've found is dielectric silicone paste like you'd put on the inside of spark plug boots so they'd pull off the plug easily.  It's available at most auto supply stores in a small tube.  I used it on the rear hood bumpers on my '77 Camaro and a pressure car wash usually would NOT wash it off.  Doesn't degrade rubber, either.  BUT is has to be between the rubber bushing/bumper and what it contacts.  There's also the old RuGlide liquid rubber lube from ages ago, which can still be found.
