AACA 2011 and BCA 2012. Asking $140K. Got all papers on car, many books and all invoices. Do not know what you mean "as per form guidelines"

Call me if need more info.

I think he meant to say, "as per FORUM guidelines".

There is no forum rule that says you must list price, contrary to popular belief.

Correct  , it's a suggestion. :

Buy/Sell Forums

IMPORTANT: Put either FS for "For Sale" or WTB for "Want to Buy" in the subject line along with the year, make and model.

EXAMPLE: FS - 1950 Plymouth Business Coupe

Please include the following information in the body of your post:

  • Year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Price (strongly suggested)
  • Description
  • Location (City, State, Country)
  • Contact Information (Name, Email and Phone)
  • EBAY URL if also listed on EBAY

Photos and price listings are optional, but they will increase interest in your posting and greatly help the sale.

After posting, please check back frequently, because interested parties will be posting questions and asking more information on the Forum.

Incomplete, overly commercial, or non-automotive related postings may be deleted without notice!

It is NOT okay for forum users to make negative comments on a seller's listing, nor is it okay to question its asking price.

Honestly I don't know why I'm getting this message, I just placed my car for sale at the forum and somehow keep on getting these messages about what I should do, have I  done something wrong while posting this for sale post?

Can somebody shed some light on this issue as I'm totally lost.

Regards,

Frank

First of all, thanks for posting your beautiful car here for sale. You may also want to list it in the Buick buy/sell section a little further down on the main site page.

Many of the audience here on the forums enjoy seeing pictures of what you have for sale, along with as detailed of a description as can be provided.  Asking price, as stated above, is recommended, but not absolutely necessary.

Some were just asking.

Roysboystoys actually copied the "rules" for posting in the buy/sell section of the site.

Welcome and good luck finding a new home for your car.

Matt
