Trying to sort out parts from the 38 and 40 Buicks from the barn find. They were thrown in to the 54, 53, 38 and 40. I have been looking at pictures and parts books and determined a lot of them but want to make sure they all go to the right cars/new owners IMG_4622.JPGHere's the first one.  Will appreciate any help

Lamar,

The second seems to be an after-market heater.  If it had been mounted in either car, you may be able to match holes in the firewall.  Someone should be able to better identify the years the heater was first used.

Images in post 1 may be stone guards that fit in the rear fender

'39 have something similar but a more rectangular shape (not squarish)

The rear coil springs could be about the same diameter, but they look too light to be associated with suspension

From memory heaters were an option in the 1930s. In 1939 not all cars have heaters
