drwatson
Trolling the web, it's been suggested it is a 1921 or 22 Stephens "Salient Six" with Miriam Battista, child star of stage and screen, at age 10.

nzcarnerd
Stephens used that earlier style badge up to 1922 then changed to a lightning bolt badge for the last two years - 1923-4 - http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1916-24-stephens-radiator-badge-135516730 I was lucky enough to find one of these in the USA in 1978 for an acquaintance who was restoring one. The car is now in Europe somewhere - http://www.trombinoscar.com/usareste/stephens2201.html That car has a 1924 radiator on a 1922 chassis. I believe there are only about 10-15 surviving Stephens cars. The car was comparable in size with a six cylinder Buick - about 240 cid ohv. It had unusual valve gear with the rockers pivoting from above in a cast iron valve cover and a gap in the block between the middle two cylinders for the plug wires to go through. ron hausmann
All - This is NOT a Kissel. Radiator and fenders are not correct for a Kissel. Year about 1921-ish seems correct for that style. Thanks, RON
