Yep. I got the same bloke trying to scam me as well. He replies to wanted ads.

Guys, He has been banned. A faster way to get him banned would be to hit the report button on the PM. That will alert the moderators more quickly than starting a discussion about it.

It's good you guys warn each , I've been scammed on ebay several times , paying then not receiving goods , eBay been pretty good though refunded twice , but still down about 100 dollars to scumbags .

I generally ignore them.

 

A good sign that they are a scammer is the number of posts next to their name. ie. less than 1

It's good that the moderators promptly ban a criminal.

An extra layer of protection is letting everyone know--

as this topic is doing--what the scammer's "name" and "location"

and forum name are, so hobbyists will be alert in case they have been contacted.
