Ron42Dodge Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 Any picture that I have seen of a blackout model that was taken back in the day, seems to have shiny bumpers. Even the parts books only show numbers for the chrome bumpers where as they have 1 set of numbers for chrome and another for prime/painted blackout pieces.
