Ron Lawson
That particular Speedo is not worth 65 cents let alone dollars The drum is not zeroing which means that the pot metal is breaking down I don't know if Glen Smith does a repo of that particular unit Ron
vintchry
Is your unit missing? Try Reynolds Speedometer, Naples, FL 239.643.4103 Excellent work, knows his product and is very familiar with this era speedo. The die cast internals are the death knell to their operation and finding replacements is getting harder and harder. Rob

Spinneyhill
If that is the one I saw yesterday, the speed part was not at zero. This may mean the pot metal has expanded with age (it is an unstable alloy) and nipped up on the shaft. I would like to know how to ream out that housing to give it nother another life.
