I had a trunk pan built for me on my wagon by a sheetmetal worker who was a HVAC contractor by trade but liked a challange.

It helped that he was a car guy.

I Cut it out, gave it to him and it came back looking great.

If you enough of a trunk pan, that is an option of you can find someone similar.

All nos rocker panels (outers) were made the same length and cut to fit the series car. I have a nos set that will fit all series. Your best bet is to order the RM and cut them. As for the trunk pan, I have a nice 47' sedanette shell that I am preparing to cut apart to have the trunk pan duplicated and using other parts for a convertible project.

All the woodies from '46 to '48 began life with floor pans from a 4 door sedan which was modified at the back end by Hercules. Ergo The Roadmaster and Supers are the same from the cowl back, at least in the sedans. And that's a fact Jack! Also a '47 Cadillac Sedan has the identical floor pan to a '46-'48 Buick Sedan.
