Guest CanadianVictory6
So, I have a "treasure" trove of antique parts that came with my car. However, I'm not sure what some of them are. I thought I would post some pics of the parts. If anyone has any idea what they are, what car they are off of, or what year the part is, then that would be great. Thanks in advance. Guest CanadianVictory6
So, here is the first one. Obviously, it is a radiator (Let's call it Radiator #1), but that's about all I know.
Guest CanadianVictory6
Again, a radiator (Radiator #2). This one bears the DB emblem at the top.
MikeC5
If per chance you have an extra lower front splash apron from a 25-26 DB, I'd be interested in seeing it.
Guest 1930
#2 is from 28 Standard six, number 1 I know but cant quite put my finger on
30DodgePanel
#1 looks like a 30-31 DB Phaeton or Roadster style. It looks very similar to the same radiator as number 2 only missing some parts and in better condition. Guest DodgeKCL
The rads are not of my era but don't the photos look like pics of the same DB rad?
keiser31
Not 1930 or 1931.

Guest CanadianVictory6
Yeah. I thought they were similar too. I just wasn't sure, because of the missing emblem. So does that mean they are both for a 1928 Standard 6? If so, they aren't even for my car.
Guest 1930
Take some measurements, I know there are some standard 6 owners that would like to have those assy

Ron Lawson
Didn't the Standard 6 have mechanical brakes. The bell housing looks very DBish as well
Guest CanadianVictory6
It is quite possible that these other parts are for another DB car. They were amassed by my uncle (whom I got the car from), I think he would have been mechanically inclined enough to only collect DB stuff. I think someone said in a previous post that the radiators look like they may be from a Standard 6. I will take measurements on that, and post them when I have a moment. Would any of this stuff be of any use to me?
