To get a Tucker like that today would almost be the equivalent of getting a gold ingot. mdsbob Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 Adjusted for inflation the $3500 selling price is equivalent to $33,297.21 today.Deposited and allowed to grow at 5% would have yeilded $69,853 today.Looks like buying $3500 worth of gold would yeild better finacnial results.But neither of those would compare to what it would bring at auction if it was still in original condition...
