Guest De Soto Frank
Is the missing sleeve from # 5 ?( Too bad the remains are so rusted; the sheetmetal appears to be pretty straight....)

TheMoneyPit
What happened to that yard? I'd driven by it frequently and everyone I know told me NEVER to stop and ask as the owner was in no mind to part with anything...
Guest prs519
Cool picture in that among other things, one can see the "ports" running top to bottom in thecylinder sleeves!
Guest diamondinthewoods
What happened to that yard? I'd driven by it frequently and everyone I know told me NEVER to stop and ask as the owner was in no mind to part with anything...the owner is actually a really nice older man, he was willing to part with some things, he did sell a few woodies a few years back, problem was most people just went in and took the things they needed and never talked to him, he got tired of people stealing stuff and decided to scrap it all, the junkyard opened around 1915 as a junkyard/dealership and closed after the owners father died in the late 50s early 60s. I went there three times to take pictures for hemmings motor news' abandoned car calender, I think theres two cars from there in the calender so far both in the 2010 year. Ben Popadak
All all gone? I was there 25 years ago. I looked mostly from the road as no one was around to ask permission from. I had heard that half the yard was gone but is it all gone?
