mercer09
I have a sept 28' phaeton. On the side aprons, there is a small grill below each door on either side. I have never seen this before. Can someone explain these to me? The car is a right hand drive model with a tailight from England. Thanks!

Are they on the running boards or on the splash aprons? If they are on the splash aprons, they are probably just part of the European trim design as on this German Ford. MCHinson
Sounds like some sort of aftermarket part to me, but a photo would be helpful to confirm.

Dave Mellor NJ
That German Ford is interesting. It has no gas filler on the cowl so the tank must be in the back. Wonder if they carried the A into 32 in Germany.
mercer09
You're right. Must be an English ad on by the dealer. It has no purpose other then as an ornament. There are 2 on each side and they look like small grills.
