Guest Misfit
As I get one thing repaired, another raises it's ugly head.Radio, which has been fading and crackling, finally gave up compleatly.Question is what other GM radios interchange with the 89? It looks similar to other GM remotes, but what about wiring, etc?Thanx in advance...
Jim
I am not sure what other radios will work but I have a good radio for your '89 and can be reached at jfinn@cpinternet.com
Vincent Vega
You could also send it to MNR Electronics for a rebuild. (Jim's will be less expensive.)
matthewlawe
I had mine repaired about a year ago. I believethe cost was $75 plus shipping. Turn around timewas short. I am satisfied. Problem was the capacators. Link Regardsmatthewlawe'89 White/Blue
padgett
It might be cheaper to go to MNR for a new one - think this was for a GMC pickup but works properly. (I bought one a few years ago). http://www.mnrelectronics.com/delrecboxwit.html
D-a-n-i-e-l
there are several, GM/Chevy Pickups 88-94, buick regals 95+/- a year or two, 95/96 cadillacs (make sure it has a built in amp), torfenos, and 88-89 rivs.

padgett
Ai-yup. Either will work in a Reatta and the touchscreen has displays for both. MNR has those without also for $25 less: http://www.mnrelectronics.com/delnonrecbox.html but is rong.
