  10. Well, I am going to recant my last statement, I took a little more in depth look at my 36 deck lid. my car was mildly hot rodded years ago and it appears the hole for the latch looking from the inside has been filled. also it appears NOT to have been an original rumble seat car as the filled hole is at the bottom of the lid. you learn something new even about your own cars every day. also the rear window of my 36 three window does roll down.
  11. My 36 three window is missing the latch for the rumble seat but it does,nt have a hole in the lid for an exterior handle either. make me think it was originally latched from the inside. not sure though

  17. I have a 1926 Flint I am starting to restore and on what is left of the windshield is a what appears to be a safety inspection sticker from 1931!! it is hard to read but it says: TESTED, Greater Muskegon Safety Council. just though you would like to see it. I thought it was pretty cool. when did safety inspections first start?? Thanks Darren

Nope, they are not small block, I thought they were also, they are much smaller diameter, the machinist that just cut my 350 block said they are not for a Chev, I also have already been to the MAHLE Clevite Inc. website and sent them an email to see if they could tell me but I received no response from them. Darren
