Does anyone have photos and/or measurements of the rear seat armrest area? I have the curved metal area surrounding the convertible top irons (part of the car) and that's it. Have no idea what was there originally as they are missing.

Still Looking for that rear bumper guard for my 1950 Buick. Passenger side. NOS (wishful thinking) or solid candidate for a re-chrome shop. I have an NOS (in the box) drivers rear bumper guard to trade someone or I can purchase outright. Any help or leads on this would be greatly appreciated as I've been looking for this for quite some time! Thanks.

Jim, I'm not sure if the convertible was even offered in a stick. Anyone know? The Roadmaster Convertible had the Dynaflow as standard. I love mine! Most people want an automatic to drive, and if you ever wanted to sell it and get something else, the automatic would be more appealing to most folks I would think as anyone could drive it.

The front hood badge looks to me like it influenced the truck lid license plate light chrome on my 50' Roadmaster. Also, the tail fins remind me of a late 50s corvette.

I'll be at Hershey all week. My swap space is Green field GBE 40. (Im listed under VW as from 30 years of VW collecting) I will be selling some NOS 1951 to 1952 Buick accessory bumper guard sets (called fender guards) for the front and rear if anybody needs them. Think I have some other Buick stuff packed too. Will be looking for that 1950 NOS or restored RIGHT REAR bumper guard I need. I have an NOS Boxed LEFT one I could trade somebody if they want that instead of $ ? Also still looking for the 1950 chrome bar between the 2 rear bumper guards as well.

I believe the Bumper for all 1950 Buicks are the same. Although I also know that the Specials were a narrower car. So, one might figure the main bumper blades themselves might be narrower? I'm looking for an NOS, or rechromed tooth #5 to complete my set of NOS teeth. I have an extra NOS #2 and #8 to trade someone.

At Hershey this year I found almost every part (except 2 pieces) for a 1950 Buick front and rear bumper and Grill. All NOS! Hood emblem, Bombsite hood logo all NOS. Even found an NOS 1950 front Roadmaster Fender for $125. I saw lots of stuff there. I was all over that place many times searching and talking to folks.

I have to say, I really lucked out! That day I bought almost every part of the front and rear bumper and grill. All NOS! The only thing missing to complete that was the Mustache, grill tooth #5 and a Right side rear bumper guard. (I bought 2 NOS left ones he had) So, I'm looking for a nice right side rear bumper guard to trade for an extra NOS left one I have.

Which ever company you use, just make sure they are fully insured first.

Found an NOS Pair at Hershey this year. Love it!
