I have been using it in my 37 Chevy p/u for the last few years, the 57 235 that is in it has some loose bearings and have not put a rod through the block yet and I do not baby it so it must be doing something. I do have another 235 on the stand waiting to go in when I get off my behind.

No one in my family fought in WW II,they were either too old or too young.

Have not looked at it on a couple years, will get ot down the next time I can get to it. It looks like it could of been made in the late 80s to mid 90s.

If its like a p/u it should have a partial torque tube then a exposed driveshaft,if it has been changed a local old junkyard has a couple.
-
If it was sold locally and the dealer is still there they could still have the key numbers, back in the 80s I worked at a GM dealer and they had the key numbers back to the first car they sold.

I might have a couple if I can remember where they are, were bought for a 39 Plymouth.
-
I think I have seen them at the local hardware store, they were sold individually.

Need to do some investigation on who is working on a T,one would think it would have been easier to just take the whole axle and its most likely a original that is being worked on. Has someone wrecked one recently.
-
In my world a build would be taking all the spare parts and making a car out of them.
-
If a new T is out and about next spring in the area check them out.
