The OP asked for “new or old” photos. You had some in the past. Still have them?

Hey, Glenn. Don’t forget putting balls of aluminum foil between the hub cap and wheel hoping it would foul cop’s radar readings as the wheel spun. (I can attest that it did not work…😳) Ah, the ‘ol’ tassel hanging on the rear view mirror…I thought that was too impress the radar cop that I was somewhat intelligent…(this also did not work…😳)

As mentioned above I sent him a PM. Yes I was thinking it is Don however I did not include a phone number as that is none of my business. Waiting for the OP to respond to the PM. Thank you anyway, John. -

I will be 77 on October 2nd, Steve. I promise to let you know for about 4 months prior to you checking it out on your own…😳

Hey, Bill. Forward the email to the Moderators immediately so they can deal with it. They can then ban him/her if necessary. To report: Click on the 3 little dots in the upper right hand corner of a post and a drop-down will offer either “Report or Share”.

I must disagree. The younger the better. I must agree with the AACA’s standpoint that there is absolutely no mandate that to be a member or simply have an interest in old vehicles you must own one or more. That is where owners come into the picture by encouraging younger people to ride in or help older folks in restoration projects. -

Cman640… Have you scrolled around the AACA home page? Therein is the AACA History, Library & Research Center, AACA Rules & Regs, all sorts of info. So much more than the forum General arena. Peter -

In the past any outside surveys required AACA headquarter approval. Did you get the appproval? -

Cutlasguy…thank you for the pics. Wondering if that red ‘57 Buick convertible belongs to Forum member Bhigdog? It sure is nice looking.

How do we report and ban scammers?

Thank you to the Admin(s) for addressing this.

No, Bloo…they can see they can see the user. I always post the name and reason at issue. Sure doesn’t hurt. Should a post be vague as to why I take offense.
-
If you would have immediately reported it the Administrators could have tracked and banned whomever. CLICK ON THE 3 LITTLE DOTS AT THE TOP CORNER OF ANY POST. THEN A DROP DOWN WILL GIVE YOU 2 CHOICES: 1-REPORT 2-SHARE. CLICK ON “REPORT”. Then it will display a Comments area. Type in the spammers handle. Without the handle (screen name) Admins will not be able to track and ban. To threaten in public the wrath of fire and brimstone such the spammer will one day pay for his transgressions serves no purpose..
-
Good. Admins are the only folks who can do anything.
-
Whoa…are you aware that the appropriate steps are to report this to Peter Gariepy? How about placing a picture of a gallows next to AACA headquarters. It just might scare the spammers away.
