Hi there .... If you take your heater core to most any radiator shop they can remove the (finned part) core and replace only the that using the rest of your old heater core unless it is totally no good. Good luck Paul

Hi There, you may want to check the size of the tires required for a 1949 Roadmaster, should probably be 760 x 15 (H78X15) or 820 x 15 (L78X15)the 710's "Gs" are a little small even though they will fit the rims.
