Try taking a radiator upper or lower hose, cut a 4” straight piece out, slit it in half, so now you have 2 pieces, then wrap it over filler neck, then use 2 hose clamps to secure hose to filler neck.

To widen your search, Buick parts book lists Group # 3.265 Manifold, Intake part # 1175328 fits 1957 thru 1960 and 4400 series in 1961.
I have one from a 1958 Roadmaster, Intake manifold, carburetor, and metal air cleaner (top and bottom) bottom has metal tube on it that had hose to air compressor for air suspension. will sell as a group purchase only, all 3 items.
Where are you located?

Bring it down from the "top of the heap"so we can salvage a few more parts. lol

I agree should be 3" on the homemade alignment pins, but I usually cut deeper slots with a air powered cut off tool which makes a wider slot and deep enough so using a screw driver will fit better.
Your project is looking great, and your detail and photo's are great!
I can't wait to hear it running and seeing it driving with NO fluid leak.

Yeah, at this point I'm pretty sure that oil contamination is at least the main culprit, so will try to solve that problem when we've got everything apart, before installing the new or relined clutch plate. May even tackle the rear main! Good tip on the support clip...didn't even know there was one.
If clip missing or broken for clutch bearing support there will be no tension on support against front of transmission and fluid from transmission will leak and get all over clutch assembly

Edwin, I also received my Bugle today, great article on your car.

I hope you are felling better.
Which Harbor freight spray gun did you use?
Looking good as usual

Here is a link from this forum that may help you. see @Justinlb
Also as @Ben Bruce aka First Born stated, I would also add to see if oil leaking onto clutch disc and flywheel, flywheel may need to be resurfaced.
Look for clutch bearing support clip missing, in bell housing.

So from Wayne, CCC is defunct. He just called me. There is a story why but it has nothing to do with the popularity of the show or Wayne's interest in doing it. In the meantime he has several new shows on streaming services and is in discussion with another network. He has a podcast and a magazine. There is a LOT going on in "Wayne's World" and it is all positive.
Wayne on one of his shows said Steve was his best friend.

How much oil pressure did you have?

If your going to remove oil pan, purchase snap-ups from Fel-Pro or Dorman to aid installing oil pan and gasket.

To widen your search, that is a Buick part number as @Bloo stated, fits 1957 thru 1960 Buick, is also shared with Oldsmobile and Pontiac.
You may try Steve DeNovi, Oldsmobile parts guy, @ Classic Automotive (708) 429-5505 e-mail sdenovi@aol.com
Did you find your tail shaft bushing?
