  1. A pity Hirsch quit selling those. I bought a set, and they were nice quality.
  2. Flexible on the asking price? I'm not in the market, but I'm sure someone else is. It's definitely a car worth saving.
  3. It'd be good to know what engine it has: 8/6/4, or V6. Diesel was also an option, but not sure one would last 104K miles.
  4. Sharp car and I think it's a good buy, but paint color might be holding it back. Only a $1K reduction after all this time tells me the seller is conflicted about selling. Easy to see why.
  5. Really like the body style. Bullet-proof drivetrain. I had a '72 Valiant sedan, which was a good car, but I always wished I'd waited for a nice one of these. Good-looking car at a fair price.
  6. 289 and 3 speed sounds like fun. Looks like a rattle can job on the roof. I can't recall seeing this body style before. I'm guessing the body style is why.
  7. Sharp! Seems a little pricey for a 100K car, and could've used some cleaning, but it's definitely a looker. Don't care much for the fat red pinstripe or the small tires, though.
  8. I like a lot of the design ideas, but those headlights are just weird. Reminds me of a character on Sponge Bob Square Pants.
  9. Sharp. Optimistic asking price, but it's a good-looking car, and I like the colors. Not sure why the seller included the shots with the jumpers and flat tire....kinda knocks the shine off "stunning", doesn't it?
  10. Two photos don't tell much, but it's a lot better than what I expected when I saw the $6500 asking price. Sharp car.
  11. Seller's got a pretty expansive notion of "beautifully" and "restored". I usually like pink on '50's cars, but more on hardtops and convertibles than sedans.
  12. Agree about maybe too much of a good thing. Maybe a neutral color dash and tan upholstery? Polished aluminum heads are pretty cool. I think $35K is a little optimistic for a coupe. On the other hand, where else are you going to find a stylish V-12 in decent condition for $35K?
  13. Hard to understand why this hasn't sold. Beautiful car at a great price. Noisy speedo is just as likely the speedo as the cable, but even after you pay Bob's Speedometer $500 or so for a rebuild, it's still a great deal.
  14. Sharp. I'm not a big fan of 1950 Buicks, but this one's impressive. Too bad the seller revealed so little in the descriptor. Most of it was likely lifted from a magazine article.
  15. Too bad the suspension was modified. Take off all the extra stuff, and it's otherwise pretty good car.
  16. Looks like a good, clean car. $20K seems like a healthy price, generally. I wonder how much of that is a limited edition premium. What's different from the usual '63 TBird?
  17. A perfect entry-level car for a not-taller-than-average person, at a great price.
  18. Sharp car. I like the color scheme. Interior may not be correct, but it could fool the uninformed (like me). Ditching the Walmart steering wheel cover for one of those color-matched leather numbers would be a plus. A $6500 premium for getting the car detailed is pushing the envelope, though.
