G'day again, Forgot to say that the Fedco plate is Alphanumeric the pattern is first 2 Letters followed by 3 numbers and ending with a letter. so yours would have to be HH or HH followed by 3 numbers and ending H. W P C H R Y S L E D 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 So your number would be something like 33...3 Good luck

G'day Wal, Your are right about your Fedco plate starting with a H as that would make it a 1930 66 (see chart below) your two builders tags would be right one tells you who built it and the other is the trim and colour codes I see if I can find some info on that, do you have the Holden lion badge that should be on the cowl down near the running board. Hi Chris 1929, Welcome to the forum, it might help if you could tells us where you are and maybe where the Body was made, as exported cars were sent out as rolling chassis with only the cowl attached so there could be a lot of different answers to your question. Could you post a photo of the car for us to see?

G'day statusman2010, Your engine number suggests it's a model 65, do your have the FEDCO number that is found on the dash, also what type of body do you have, if it is a 65 I do have a PDF of the owners manual that I can e-mail over to you if you like, always happy to help out a Kiwi. Hi Narve, Well if you’re running around at 40 MPH it sounds like you fixed the leaking Master cylinder problem you had and that’s a good thing, with your carburetor problem I see that you have stated that it had been overhauled could it be that the float level was not set correctly??, send me a PM with your e-mail address and I’ll send you a copy of the Service procedure for the carburetor is about 13MB in size so can’t attach it here, did you do the overhaul or was it done by someone else as they might have failed to put the high speed circuit spring back in, anyway you’ll see it all in the service procedure when you get it. Anyone out there that wants a copy of the Service Procedure just PM me and I'll send you a PDF copy very handy for all models of the Carter BB up draft carburetrors.
