The very top picture of a 1933 Dodge DP frame rear.1936 frame will not work for a 1934 build pick up. Totally different. the following pictures is for a 1/2 ton 33 to 35 p/u. The gear box is just behind the center line of the front axle and just below the generator as seen on pictures # 1 and 4. It also passes through the center of the frame rail. Also the front spring u bolt passes through a bracket that is attached the the bottom of the frame rail on picture # 3. The rear mount as you can see that the tail lite bracket along with the box mounting attaches to the bracket above the frame rail, picture # 2. Go to post # 10 for the 1936 frame set up. The rear section on a 33 DP is different than the KC. I.ll pull the rear panel of to take pictures to show the difference. Also the gas fueling tube exits behind the driver side rear fender.

Hi. I added anothe grill since your post # 17, so they are in different order. 2nd, painted and no crank cover, 3rd, chrome with cover. Just being funny. I posted this so you can see that a 33 DP, 34 and 35 KC grills are the same. The last grill is from a 34 3/4 ton Dodge express with a 9 foot bed, a rare truck:cool: -

33-35 dodge crank hole cover ?
countrytravler replied to 1909schacht's topic in Dodge & Dodge Brothers
The crank hole cover for the 33-35 1/2 ton is different than the 3/4 ton and up trucks. The bigger trucks cover is round. Yes, they were 30.00 about 10 years ago. Diesel fuel also was a 1.50 a gallon 10 years ago. I have the crank hole covers for sale if needed. 150.00 plus the walk. call 209 613 1199 thanks, Dave -

The part that cost is the liability part. That is why the cost is low on the old cars. We have 20 cars insured with the prem about 4000.00 a year. They know that your not going to drive these cars on a regular baises. Prems will probaly go up because of Sandy. This is why you have to have a regular car for daily use when you have a old car to insure.
