Guest RivieraBear
Does anyone think this is repairable? If so, please let me know. (For a reasonable cost, that is!) Thanks!Colin Edited August 27, 2015 by RivieraBear (see edit history)
39BuickEight
I don't know what you mean by reasonable, and I don't know what level of repair you expect. Either way, I'd say no. Everything is fixable, but it would be better to start with another car.
jpage
Back in the day the body man would actually hammer out those parts and save the car. I've seen photos of a '60 Chevy more heavily damaged than that car and it was repaired in the shop. No body panels were replaced. Even used hydraulic jacks to push the body and frame back into shape! All hammer and dolly and lead work! Anything can be repaired but at today's rates it probably isn't worth while if you could even find anyone to do it. Rusty_OToole
It would be possible but not cost effective. If I were doing it I would want a complete parts car to supply good fender, door, rear quarter, trunk lid and tail panel and a real good man to pull the body and frame straight. Easier and cheaper to buy another car.

keiser31
Not to mention that it was slammed while parked, so the mechanicals are surely tweaked.
