Guest PhilCrane
This photo was taken about 1927 in England but, so far as I can tell, it is not an english model so I am wondering whether it could be an imported car. Does anyone recognize it please? Thanks,Phil

Manuel
It looks quite large for a UK car. The bonnet and head lights should help I D it.Manuel in Oz
Craig Gillingham
It isn't a Morris, the hub caps aren't correct for either a Cowley or an Oxford. Personally, it looks very British made to me, something like a Singer, Wolseley etc
Vintman
Hi,This looks very much like a cca 1919 Hillman 11HP made in Coventry. William Hillman started making bicycles in 1847 and with Louis Coatalen started making cars in 1907. Coatalen went to Sunbeam and Hillman Motor Car co was formed in 1909. In 1928 Hillman was taken over by the Humber, and Humber was taken over by Rootes in 1931. Chrysler took over Rootes in 1967, but sold the European division to Peugeot. Last Hillman, the Avenger, was renamed as the Talbot and ended production in 1981.RegardsVintman (UK)Classic Cars, Veteran Cars and Vintage Cars - The Surrey Vintage Vehicle Society

Bleach
Looks close but the above car has no hood louvers like all the Hillman photos of cars of the same period. The hood on this Bullnose is the same.
