R W Burgess
Yep, they ran right over the front of our '89 Caprice. We've settled with thre insurance company, have the money in hand.Big problem! Can't locate a header panel for the front of the Chevy. This panel installs on the front of the fenders and holds the grill and the composite head lights. My bodyman has been looking for 4 weeks now up and down the east coast. Anybody got any ideas or outlets for this panel. Thanks, Wayne BurgessWarsaw, Va.
R W Burgess
I guess my '89 Chevy may be too new for this forum, but now we're down to thinking about buying a complete, running or not, '89-'90 Caprice just for a good front end. Anybody????Wayne
FomocoService
If you're up for getting one out of state, try some of the FL junkyards. Those style cars are all over down here, there's a pretty good chance one may have what you need.If you're interested I can give you a few numbers of some yards I've dealt with. Pontiac59
My dad is driving an '88. I see those in junkyards here all the time. I think you can get a header in the U-pull-it yards for like $25, or less. I forget what the current price is. Heck, we scrapped a couple cars with good noses not that long ago.
