Jim
I mentioned this in my last post in your other thread. It is not that there is no demand for your windshield, it is the fact that you are in the Miami area and shipping is a problem because they are so fragile. ProSource
Contact Mygtant Glass in Miami, the largest independent glass wholesaler and speak with Nellie. She know us from ProSource Glass. See what they will charge to crate and ship the Reatta windshield for you. They can band them properly sinside the crate. We ship glass safely everyday, they ship some for us as well. Good luck.Richard

javy1989
listen you guys, I'm gonna call them up tomorrow to get an idea what they charge, but the truth is I just need this winshield out asap, so make me an offer and you'll probably get lucky.my cell is (954)662-8612. Seriously, I just need it out of my house, I dont want to move it around in case it gets damaged, so the sooner the better.
ProSource
Just let them know the situation, they don't usually ship other people's windows but they do a lot of exporting to the islands and they are geared for shipping. We ship approx 500 pieces of glass a month out of state/ internationally so I understand how difficult it can be to ship the glass safely if you don't have the crates and banding tools. javy1989
ok, bad news is nellie doesn't work there anymore, and they told me that if I dont have an account with them, they can't help me at all
ProSource
Wow, she had been there for several years..yes, they only deal direct in the glass trade- best bet is to try a glass shop that can get a crate for you but that can be tough.. best bet is to sell to someone in FL good luck. javy1989
every place I've called tells me they only ship "thier" glass. Tjis is a lot harder than I thought
ikesleeping
I have a new old stock windshield and the UPS store in Columbia Mo. will crate it for $200.00 and ship it INSURED where ever they go. It's not inexpensive, total cost from Mo. to Ca. would have run $500.00 or so.
