Looking for parts for a 1990 buick Reatta Convertable. Someone mentioned either a person or a company by the name of FLYNN I believe. Anyone know of him or an address and phone? The car has a Saddle top and interior. Parts Needed: 1.Right side Plastic horn cover, 2. Both sun visor hold down clips, 3. Black rear rubber/plastic impact strip that is mounted in the rear bumper,4. The black bezal that is the finish piece for the rear deck lock, and 5th and last, there is a vinyl cowling mounted under the hood in the engine compartment just below the wipers. It's held in place by 2 plastic thumb screws that lock in place with a 45deg turn. I need the top and bottom piece. Also Barney I'll send you vin numbers of 2 89 coupes I found in the local junk yard, and also post it.

I am building a supply of reproduction sun visor clips for the convertibles. Unless everyone dumps on me at once, I should be able to keep up with the demand. The price is $15 each including shipping and they are unpainted.

The horn buttons are still available from GM in some colors. tan is probably still available and the part number for the right side in tan is 16750751

You get the assembly and the part that pops out of the old one cannot be replaced with just the moving part from the new parts. You must change the housing ....the above part number is for both the housing and the button.

I have the black pieces for the trunk lock. You should still have a black ring with an ugly hole. The kit I have includes the center plate that the key goes through, a black ring that holds the center piece in place, and two springs.

I sell the kit with instructions for $9.00 (price went up on parts)including shipping.

The black 1/4 turn thumbscrews under the hood are still available from GM but Jim Finn also had some.

Lastly, you did not ask for this part but I have them.... a static cling plastic strip that goes under the back of the top to eliminate the scratches on the cowl cover. One of the Corvette dealers was selling them for Corvettes and they gave me the company name that makes them. I sent them a pattern for the Reatta and they are $29.00 including shipping. You put it in place before latching the back of the top. When you lower the top, you take it off and store it in the trunk....it will not stick that well to the boot and it will blow off if you try to drive with it in place....it does eleminate the scratches.

Also on the '90 Bonne, but I catch a lot of flack whenever I try to liberate them for the Reatta. <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
