CBoz
Ahhh, looks like someone bought out the JC Whitney inventory:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Flying-La...583720397QQrdZ1"This beautiful hood ornament harkens back to the days of the REAL classics. The Duesenbergs, Stutz Bearcats and other beauties."Somehow, I don't think you're going to see a car at Pebble Beach sporting one of these. AceCollins
Just the thing the finish off your 37 restoration. Drove my Model T today, battery was down and I actually used the crank for the first time. By the way Cecil, my high school son is really enjoying driving the 65 Fastback to school everyday. 89REATTAJIM
Excuse me for jumping into a Linc/Zeph post, but I request that you delete this thread. My fear is that my Reatta Forum cohorts will latch on to this and we will have an abundance of Reattas with this unique hood ornament, resulting in Ebay having a flood of the "Golden R's" for sale. imported_Phil Knapp
I duuno, perhaps these "things" would look pretty good on a bunch of Reattas, especially if the wings flap in the breeze. You can also get them with RED wings. At least that might keep them off our Zephyrs! Actually, they're kinda pretty. I almost wish I had a Reatta. Mike Cullen
I ought to get one to mount on my motorcycle helmet. Putting along on my old Panhead, sporting a sweet looking lid ornament! Stylin baby!
