AACA Judging Class Changes for 2005

I noticed that the changes have been posted for 2005 at http://www.aaca.org/meetresults/aaca_judging_class_changes.htm

There are a number of classes that now extend through 1980 (5d, 5e, 5g, 5h, 22g, 22h, 37b). Did someone forget to post the class changes thru 1980 for automobiles or is there some other reason why they are not listed?

Thanks,

Charlie

Welcome to the AACA Forum, Charlie.

Due to the celebration of Easter this weekend, factual response to your query may take a bit of time. Please be patient.

Regards and welcome aboard.

Somebody must have forgotten to post something. The "Official Judging Manual" for 2005 lists class 27n as Production vehicles through 1980. It is safe to say that 1980 vehicles ARE now included in all appropriate classes such as, but not limited to, Corvette and Mustang.

Thanks everyone for the replies. When I visited the AACA web site at http://www.aaca.org I saw there was a section for "Judging". Under that section there was a section/link called "2005 AACA Judging Class Changes".

That link is somewhat confusing in that it does not state they are just the "New Classes". For someone new to AACA who is relying on the page for information, it is somewhat confusing. Might I suggest that this page be changed to include All Class Changes? People new to AACA might not know they should refer to the current Judges Manual for a list of all the current classes.
