prewarnut
I'm thinking a '32 Packard Victoria coupe. Sorry for the grainy photo but from our family album. Can anyone confirm?
Scott Bonesteel
Blurry but looks like a 31 Pontiac to me.
dustycrusty
Or '32... Too short to be a Packard! Edited May 27 by dustycrusty (see edit history)
TexRiv_63
Or maybe an Oakland?
prewarnut
Thanks guys for pointing me in the right direction. I'm thinking the '32 Pontiac may match pretty well here (see also below from Wikipedia). I think the blurred front top edge of the radiator shroud made me think (and hope) Packard. This was my grandfather's who immigrated not too much before this photo so a non-luxury brand makes more sense. Any other opinions? dustycrusty
"Any other opinions?" Yeah, I think the reel mower between the car and the sidewalk is a Jacobsen, or maybe a David Bradley... 1

Yeah, I think the reel mower between the car and the sidewalk is a Jacobsen, or maybe a David Bradley... Looks like it had the bolt in the center of the handle. Perfectly placed so when you got a stick wedged in the blades you get the bolt head right into your belly button. 1
