alsancle
Marine engines? If they are side oiler blocks then useful for Cobra Jet replicas maybe.
1912Staver
Absolutely marine engines. I had one in the 1980's. Cast as a side oiler, but drilled as a top oiler. I have been told this was common on marine 427's. If they are a pair there is a good chance they are RH and LH rotation. alsancle
The blocks that bring money are the pre-1968 castings. Those went into 427 cobra, GTE Cougars and the 427 Comets.

1912Staver
That, plus the marine exhaust manifolds and all the extra plumbing. In addition two of the photo's show them still installed in a boat. Probably not as popular as marine 440's , but I believe Ford made a fair number of these marine 427's.
