gungeey
Shouldn't "couch potato internet wizard" be on there somewhere? Seems befitting for some reason.
NTX5467
YouTube has somewhat become "The Service Manual of the Future", in some cases. Watching repair videos makes things look easy, until you consider the amount of time it took for the production crew to film, edit, and prepare for YT upload.   A few years ago, we were touring a higher-end restoration and upgrade repair shop. The service manager mentioned that they were looking for two good techs. He said he went to a regional higher-level tech training school. He related that he was talking to an instructor who told him a story about a young student.  The student had drawn a RO about an oil leak on a late-model Chevy pickuip. So the student went out and found the truck and brought it into the shop. About 15 minutes or so later, the instructor realized he hadn't heard back from the student, so he went into the shop. He found the student under the truck on a creeper . . . looking at YT videos of how to look for an oil leak. We laughed and shook our heads.  Enjoy!
