Overland Engine info help

This was my Dads. He’s been gone 14 yrs now. Mom wants to downsize and sell it. I don’t know the year for sure, (guessing 1916?). Help with, where do I look for engine numbers etc.., how much  can I sell it for?  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you..

I wouldn't work too hard to get that sold. put it on a few sites for a couple hundred and hope someone needs it. A museum that is geared to logging or farming might like it as a donation.

pretty sure that is a 1924/25 model 91. The engine number is located 

at E-116-YH first arrow. Where is the engine located?
