Leif in Calif
At this price for an Airflow, you shouldn't expect much! https://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/cto/d/lyons-1936-chrysler-airflow/7716385299.html 1936 CHRYSLER AIRFLOW SEDAN , BODY IS VERY SOUND AND INTACT , PREVUES OWNER STRIPPED THE PAINT OFF , THE CAR STILL ALL TOGETHER , ONLY FEW TRIMS OFF OF IT . INTERIOR LOOKS NICE AND INTACT , DASHBOARD LOOKS GOOD AND ALL THERE , IT HAS THE STRAIGHT EIGHT ENGINE UNDER THE HOOD WITH THE OVER DRIVE MANUEL TRANS . I PUT A 6 VOLT BATTERY TO SEE IF IT WILL CRANK , AND IT DID BUT NO SPARK TO GET HER FIRED UP AND RUNNING. IT COMES WITH EXTRTA PARTS AND AIR CLEANER . SOLD AS IS . note : I have noticed the last three digits of the vin number on the title do not match the ones on the car . this is could be corrected by the local DMV . This should be approached with caution.
f.f.jones
Sounds like it's a flip to me...appears solid and complete, but the paperwork problems would preclude a purchase. Let the seller straighten it out and then re-list.

A good restoration could take care of that and all the termites, too. Rust worms might be more difficult.
Fossil
These are suppose to be unibody construction but the rail by the muffler sure looks abused to me. Not only on the bottom but the top also. Price seems excessive also.
marty14
I bought it AND wrecked it in a Demolition Derby. Car still looks the same though......
