Madi Tate
Hello! I'm looking for a Model T, Model A, Hudson, or something similar to borrow or rent to do an engagement shoot with in Northern Virginia. Backstory: My grandparents are members of the Horseless Carriage Club in Sacramento and own a 1915 Hudson (amongst other cars). They will not be able to attend my wedding due to health concerns since they would need to travel from Sacramento to Northern Virginia. One of the things I would like to do to honor and surprise them is to do my engagement photoshoot with an antique car. If you are able to help by allowing me to rent or borrow your car for about an hour for photos (we could do the photos while you are present) or if you know someone who may be able to help, that would be amazing!! We would love to do the shoot in Washington DC proper or Leesburg, VA. Help a gal pull off the ultimate gift for her grandparents :') (Photo below is my grandparents' car - if you know them - please do not tell them!!!)

wayne sheldon
My lips are sealed! I recognize the car, and have met them (very nice people!). I followed them for awhile on an HCCA tour some years back. Great Hudson! My best wishes to you and your upcoming wedding!
vintage1
Checkout a company called Vinty, https://drivevinty.com . It is a site that lists individuals cars that are available for photography, weddings, film work etc... I have seen a Ford Model A on their site, I don’t know where it is located. They might have something in you area.

dalef62
You also might want to consider driving or flying to someones vehicle. Maybe check with the AACA Library to see if they have any vehicles that would suit your needs, or even the aaca museum. Good luck and best wishes on your upcoming wedding. TAKerry
One would think there is at the least a Model in the N. VA area that could spare a couple of hours. Maybe the OP should up the ante and include a ticket to the wedding reception as well! LOL
rocketraider
Maybe give her a contact person at the Annual Convention, and she can talk with people there who might know of an available car in NoVA or DC Metro area.
